AMO: 966 – Nelspruit Civil Airport

Based at Nelspruit Civil Airport with a satellite branch at Grand Central Airport, Hover Dynamics Maintenance Division operates as an approved Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (AMO #966) under the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA). Since its establishment in 2013, our mission has been to uphold the highest standards of helicopter maintenance, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance for every aircraft we service.

Originally established to maintain our own fleet, growing demand from private helicopter owners quickly positioned Hover Dynamics Maintenance Division as one of the busiest and most trusted AMOs on the airfield.

We are licensed and approved by the SACAA in categories E & F (rotorcraft – engines and airframes), with a dedicated focus on precision workmanship and attention to detail.

In 1995, Hover Dynamics was appointed as an Authorized Robinson Service Centre, a designation that requires:

• Factory-trained engineers certified by Robinson Helicopter Company

• Maintenance of a minimum spare parts inventory

• Ownership of all approved Robinson special tools

This authorization is reviewed annually and renewed upon meeting strict factory criteria. As a result, Hover Dynamics purchases parts directly from Robinson at wholesale prices, allowing us to pass cost savings on to our clients without compromising quality.
